What is High Definition?
High Definition (HD) is a new standard of TV and video picture quality. It works by using a lot more pixels to create a picture when compared to regular TV or DVD, offering many times the detail with vibrant colour, giving incredible clarity to images and bringing you closer to the action.
See how much clearer the image is below, visit our HD Comparison page to see more examples and then download a Free Preview video to see the difference for yourself.

HD Videos On Your Television, iPod & iPhone
High Definition (HD) downloads can be watched on your PC or Mac computer and even on your widescreen TV through an Xbox 360, Playstation 3 or Apple TV.
All of our movies are correctly meta-tagged complete with full descriptions and album art – which is a clever way of saying that they are automatically organised in whatever media player you use.
Standard Definition (SD) downloads are recommended for users with less powerful systems and slower internet connections. They also playback on your iPod and iPhone. In fact, if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, you can view the website straight from those devices and stream videos live over the air without downloading them.
And don’t worry about the quality of our smaller downloads. Because our videos are mastered in HD our smaller (SD) downloads look fantastic too.
