Updated: It’s been suggested in the comments that this is most likely Zandvoort, Netherlands, and not Formula 1, but MotoGP or Superbike.

It might be from the German grand prix 2003 at Hockenheim
The wall says “Circ Zan”, so it must be from Zandvoort, Netherlands. It’s centainly not Formula 1, but MotoGP or Superbike.
Suggest it’s older than that – Looks to be Zandvoort in Holland (going by the sign to the right) which hosted the Dutch GP up t 1986. Brings new meaning to the term “soft compound rears…”
